It was a usual thing for Starbuck to be found in the training room. She practically had her own residency here. Half the time Starbuck slept in one of the cots provided by the Ministry in their nice new plush recreational wing. Starbuck figured why would they have put them there if sleeping wasn’t what they were for, well, that, and other things.
As the man underneath her tapped out she released the muscled Auror, she even held out a hand for him to get up. “Nice work,” she shrugged with a smirk. That was the highest compliment anyone would ever get from her. Sam smiled at her in gratitude and respect, and simply because he thought she was a damn good fighter.
((ooc: Anyone? Starbuck needs to do something.))

(ooc: Other characters are MORE THAN WELCOME to join! I just wanted to post something quickly before going to dinner and remind myself that Justin's still an Auror trainee haha.)
Justin slung a gym back over his shoulder and jogged down the stairs to the training room. He was done with his classes for the day, but was trying to avoid the social awkwardness of interacting with his new flatmates, so he decided to kill some time before heading straight to his shift at the pub. He pushed the door open just as a muscular guy called Sam got up and pushed straight past him, knocking Justin back slightly with his massive shoulder and mumbling 'sorry' in a way that suggested he wasn't apologetic at all.
"Hey, you never say that to me," Justin tentatively joked at Starbuck, referring to the compliment she'd just payed the other man. He dropped his bag by the wall and was about to sit in the spot Sam had just vacated before noticing the wide pool of sweat the guy's hulking frame had left behind, and wisely decided instead to stand by a set of weights with his hands in his pockets.

((ooc: Thank you for posting with Justin, sorry I forgot about this, hehe.))
“You’ve never impressed me Goldie,” Starbuck smirked at him. His various nicknames, Golden Boy, and Goldilocks given to him by her had been shortened simply into Goldie. It was either that or Chicken Little. Noticing Justin decidedly not sitting in the puddle of sweat she smiled again, “Afraid of a little sweat Goldie?” she teased and with a swish of her wand in the shape of the infinity sign emitting blue-white sparks which flew from her wand and cleaned the mat.
As she began to wrap her hands Starbuck asked, “Can I help you with something?” She knew his assigned partner was Sarah, whom she respected but they didn’t necessarily get along. They were civil, if Starbuck taking Sarah down a peg each time she saw her could be considered civil.

"Probably didn't have to ask," Justin conceded before leaning against the wall. He didn't know what was so impressive about Sam, aside from the large quantities of sweat his giant freak-of-genetic-nature frame could produce. "That is not a little sweat. That is a major body of water. It should be on maps."
He was about to pick up his bag and head for the lockers before turning to face Starbuck, looking like he wasn't sure if he wanted to start a conversation before deciding to plunge forward. "Well. Nothing in particular. I just... don't want to go home and I'm trying to avoid a lecture from Sarah about how I don't have a life outside of this place."
