My dad. Or, as he is more commonly known by no one: Dr. Irving Moss, celebrated astrophysicist, one-time quiz show champion, probable destroyer of one Oxford laboratory. My parents are scientists, and they both have very roomy shadows that I have been comfortably living in for the last twenty-three years.

Justin our Dad is the best! And yes, I know, I don't say that about a lot of people, or really any people, but Lars Biermann= a pretty damn awesome person. Even if he is the exact image of what my brother will become in 40 or so odd years. This is probably my favourite picture of our Dad in his one nice suit. The one he wears to Church. He's laughing which like Justin is a rarity. Lars has an attraction to flannel and casual shirts and jeans that as a girl I may never understand. These are the exact same worry lines and expression Justin makes when I'm doing something "questionable" or potentially embarrassing.

My father... your typical polite bumbling British Gent. We get on famously, unlike my mother and I. Apparently I have his green eyes.

My father, who will look better than I ever could. Peter looks a lot more like our Da' than I do. But at least I have his hair! Kevin I hope you liked my birthday present! Don't go killing me in Quidditch now because you have nice new stuff. In retrospect that was probably a bad gift to get you on my part.

My father. As far as father's go he's one of the good ones. Even though I take after my mother in looks and spirit, I have my father's temperament.

Since it's Father's Day I felt like a little sentimental shout-out via photo form to my dad, Gregory King, world-class research scientist, the most naturally funny man my mother has ever met (apparently), owner of that delightful beaky nose he passed onto yours truly and maker of pretty damn cool PB&J sandwiches. R.I.P.
