Appearance:
Is 5'9 and rather slim, with a dark hair that he wears longish and messy. Has blue eyes like his mum and is often described as her double apart from his hairiness, thats thanks to his dad. Sebastian often refers to himself as the hairiest boy he knows as he often sports stubble on his face. When not in his uniform, he likes to wear a simple tshirt and jeans combo complete with his beloved worn in converse, often told he looks wannabe emo by his older sister.
Personality:
Typical Hufflepuff in that he isnt afraid of hardwork and he's loyal to his friends and would do anything for them. Isnt too shy apart from speaking out in public and can sometimes be considered as funny though most of the time people dont understand his humour at all. Loves to chat about nothing at all to anyone who'll give him the time of day and makes friends easily.
Background:
Was born and raised in a tiny Welsh village before his parents split up following the shocking discovery of his fathers affair. Moved to Surrey with his mum and sister and lived happily enough there whilst seeing his Dad when he was near on 'business' (he works in the Department of Mysteries) until his mum passed away when he was 12, due to a massive heart attack.
His father had proposed to his younger lady, a Ms Elizabeth Bennett who just happens to be the mother of Zac, Mark & Ally Bennett but due to hidden secrets that engagement no longer exists. His father has left for pastures new with his sister Natalie in tow leaving Seb alone, thankfully though Elizabeth has legally adopted him as her own.
Characteristics:
Enjoys singing and performing but suffers from stagefright and public speaking is a big no no for him.
Terrified of birds, which makes mail time in the Great Hall a big deal for him.
Doesnt particularly like sports but will sit with the girlfriends and keep them entertained whilst his friends play, he's always the single one and can never tell when he's flirting or being flirted with.

Unlike his sister, Sebastian is a very messy person and to relax he likes to listen to his walkman and this is what he misses most whilst at Hogwarts.
